Salary:
- £16.10 per hour pro-rata (including travel time between visits)
- £20.50 per hour pro-rata for all public/bank holidays, Christmas, and New Year
Hours: Full-time or part-time roles available. Minimum 35.5 hours per week guaranteed.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Coordinator to join our team in Moray. You will coordinate, supervise, and support the care team, ensuring clients receive consistent, high-quality care.
Travel time between visits is included in the hourly rate, ensuring all working time is compensated. Enhanced pay (£20.50/hr) is offered for all public/bank holidays, Christmas, and New Year shifts. Full training, mentoring, and ongoing support are provided.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule care visits across Moray and surrounding areas.
- Supervise, mentor, and support care staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor and review client care plans, adjusting as needed.
- Conduct regular staff check-ins and performance support.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health, and safety regulations.
- Manage client and family communications, addressing concerns professionally.
- Support staff training and development, including shadowing and SVQ progression.
- Report operational issues and make recommendations to the management team.

Requirements
Essential
- Proven experience in care coordination, senior care, or team leadership.
- Proven experience in care work, preferably in a senior/lead role.
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to person-centred care.
- Good spoken and written English
- Strong organisational, communication, and supervisory skills.
- Flexible availability including weekends and public/bank holidays.
- Ability to travel between client homes.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Commitment to person-centred care and team development.

Desirable
- SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
- Previous experience managing a team in a care setting.
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle.
