Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager to lead, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of homecare services across Moray. You will ensure staff provide consistent, high-quality care, maintain compliance with care standards, and manage client and family relationships.
Travel time between visits is included in the hourly rate, ensuring all working time is fairly compensated. Enhanced pay (£24.95/hr) is offered for all public/bank holidays, Christmas, and New Year shifts.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the delivery of care services in clients’ homes.
- Supervise, mentor, and support care staff, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Develop, review, and monitor care plans, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety policies are implemented effectively.
- Coordinate rotas, manage staff attendance, and ensure sufficient cover.
- Handle client and family communications professionally, resolving concerns promptly.
- Lead staff training, development, and appraisals.
- Report to senior management and make recommendations for service improvements.

Requirements
Essential
- Proven experience in domiciliary care management or senior care leadership.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of UK health and social care standards, policies, and regulations.
- Flexible availability including weekends and public/bank holidays.
- Ability to travel between client homes.
- Right to work in the UK
- Good spoken and written English.
- Commitment to person-centred care and staff development.

- Registered Manager qualification or equivalent.
- SVQ Level 4/5 Health & Social Care or equivalent.
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle.
